In order to answer your question as quickly and thoroughly as possible, the e-consultation service is closed from Friday after 5:30 p.m. until Monday at 7:30 a.m. During the weekend, and especially on Monday mornings, we typically receive a large number of e-consultations all at once. This makes it difficult to assist everyone in a timely and attentive manner and to ensure that our regular practice operations run smoothly.
By suspending the e-consultation service during this time, we hope that inquiries will be spread out more evenly throughout the week. This will allow us to respond to you more quickly and avoid unnecessarily long wait times.
